Construction Quotient Limited has the following key persons with diverse professional and business background as responsibles in the affairs and business orientation of the company.

Olukayode Adeniyi PMP is the Chief Executive Officer of Construction Quotient Limited. He holds a degree in Building from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. Prior to CQL, he spent over  ten years in construction management & real estate development helping a variety of organisations; public and private clients construct and manage major projects. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB), Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). He is currently working on the use of project management tools to enhance construction projects.

Folabi Laoye is a Project Engineer with Construction Quotient Limited. He studied Civil Engineering at The Polytecnic, Ibadan, Oyo State. He has a great depth of experience in major construction works. He provides services to our clients in facilitation & project development. He has completed several courses and training in construction management.

Yinka Ayantoyinbo is a Project Consultant with Construction Quotient Limited. He studied Civil Engineering at Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State. Since graduation, he has spent quality time working with several major construction firms in Nigeria and has handled a number of projects for CQL. He too has completed several courses and training in engineering design and construction management. Mr. Ayantoyinbo is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and is registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Rotimi Ojeleye is the Cost Manager at Construction Quotient Limited. He graduated as a Quantity Surveyor at Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo. Ondo State. He started his career about eight years ago and rising through major consulting and construction firms in the country. Today, he has a wealth of knowledge in budgeting, costing and estimating. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveying (NIQS).
