What are composite wood products?

The term “composite wood products” or “compowood” refers to a family of engineered wood panels made from small wood particles pressed together with adhesives under extreme heat and pressure and extruded to make a solid panel. The wood particles are refined into small individual fibers to provide a smooth edge to the products.

Composite wood products are made entirely from an advanced form of natural wood by turning wood waste and residuals into useful products and protect the environment. That’s something we can all feel good about!
